I get up at 4 every morning, drink moderately to heavily every night, and almost never have a hangover anymore. My method is generally to get very drunk very early, and get to bed early (between 8 and 10). I try to remember to drink a lot of water before going to bed, but forget most of the time. If I do get a little hangover or just a little sluggish, I stay well stocked with Airborne tablets.
Speaking of hangovers, we moved to a new house with a fantastic drinking porch and, of course, is always very well stocked with cold beer. One of the ladies on my staff has realized this (also very centrally located), and knows that she's always welcome to stop by for a beer, which she does. Friday night, she swings by to knock back a few. Guess who called out Saturday because she was too hungover? I'm either the best or worst boss in the world, can't decide.
