Had a couple second interviews. I think one was going to pan out

SVP pulls me into his office and offers me 50% more for a 12 month commitment.

Guess I'm happy here. I like where I work and they promised a clear growth avenue, so I can't complain.

My old boss offered me a 10k raise to stay, I turned it down. Then he offered to let me earn another commission check for another 2 weeks of transition work in the form of emails and phone calls... will be a 17k check. This may give those of you who read this some insight into why I had to get away from this guy
