Weekends - primarily XM radio as I am on the road most Friday nights and Sunday's

Weekdays - normally have a game on the TV (Indians on STO or whatever is on ESPN) and the Tigers on MLB.TV on my laptop. If the Tigers aren't playing (day game, west coast game, I'm up late) I veer towards my fantasy teams and channel surf.

Great memories! I recall when we were kids we watched ch 44 in Chicago- Harry Carey and Jimmy Piersall would be lit up on Falstaff beers. Jimmy used to get crazy and one time they had the camera in the media booth and Jimmy grabbed a broom from the corner and was showing Harry about the proper way to lay down a bunt after the Sox failed to get it done. He was hot but HC had the 5 Falstaff cups stacked one on top of the other. He as so tanked you could not even see his eyes!

I grew up in western Illinois and I used to come home from HS and watch the Cubs with HC, Jack Brickhouse and Don........his name escapes me. They are all gone now.

Summer nights and baseball on the radio. Lightening bugs and far off thunder. A lonesome train whistle. Your local game endsiand you twirl around the AM dial to see if you can get the Cardinals from St. Louis or some other game from far away.
