He's not really all that fragile. Look at how many games he's missed the last 5 years.

Looks like he practiced fully today (Wednesday). And the amount of carries last game were promising. I just need to do a little research into the KC run D before deciding whether to play Fred as my flex.

Against KC:

Week 1: Ahman Green 73 yds/Ron Dayne 33 yards, 0 TDs

Week 2: Cedric Benson 101 yds, 0 TDs

Week 3: Adrian Peterson 102 yds, 1 TD

Week 4: LT- 132 yds, 1 TD

So they can be run on. Looks like he could get some yards, but I would be willing to bet that the week off gave Jax a better shot to look at their offense and see how they can get MJD the ball more.
