This is specific to the FFA and not the Shark Pool... Every time I see a new join date, I immediately think, who could this be? I really am curious how many "new" as in never been to the FFA before members join here on a regular basis.

In the first half of 2014, how many of these posters have come on board?

It's the same reason as if someone walked into a party without knowing anyone and tried to get everyone to join in on a game. You'd probably want to learn your audience first. This place is different from the assistant coach forum.
