How much would you spend on Westbrook (1 Viewer)

using 100$. in a PPR too. I got 48$ left and was wondering if I should just empty it out.

You can probally go ahead and empty it out , if theres people with more then you they will probally empty as well. At this time in the season there wont be a player with higher potential to acually put you 15-25 every single week.

I assume you can't take it with you. How many potential starting RBs are available between now and the end of the year. I would say not many.

The real key is how much money do your other owners have to spend. Any team out of contention will not be worried about getting Westbrook in either a redraft or dynasty. So look at your teams who you will be matched up with in the playoffs and see what their FA budget allows. That will then help you figure out how much you should spend. No need to spend any more than the budget dollars of any Playoff bound owner, because Westbrook won't mean anything to the rest of the owners in redraft or dynasty. And one more dollar than the other owners highest budget balance will/should get you the player you want. At least thats the way I approach these type decisions.

When I look at the schedule for week 15 and 16 @SD and @St Louis and the fact Dixon will get goaline carries I am tempering my enthuasim for Westbrook. This is a 49ers team that got shutout by TB at home with a healthy Gore. That said if you want him and need a starting RB I think you'll need all you've got depending on what other owners in your league have in their accounts.

Pick up Dixon as a FA instead and save your $ for another week or two. He's getting GL touches, probably 40-50% of the carries, is younger, and they'll want to see what he's made of.

A lot of high expectations for Westbrook, but I think people are overpaying as he is still an injury risk.

I think it's safe to blow almost all your FAAB budget on Westbrook, saving just a tiny bit for later emergencies (if you can even do pickups after this week).

A more interesting question is, if your FAAB budget is real money, how much do you spend on him? I bid 3% of the salary cap/entry fee; he was won for 6% of the salary cap.
