I'm usually twice a day - Morning and Night.

I throw in another teeth brushing session if we are going somewhere at night.

No cavities, no teeth issues at all to speak of.

Just in the morning, shortly after breakfast. I only floss once or twice a month. I've been to the dentist four times in my life (baby tooth that was still rooted when adult tooth came in, joining and then leaving the navy, and a teeth cleaning).
