Deuce is gone for the season? Some have argued that should this happen that Bush's role would stay the same and that Stecker would take over for Deuce's role in the offense. Some could argue that Bush would take over entirely. Maybe it will be a combination of the two.

Notice I use touches instead of carries based on the type of player that Bush is....

Unless Brees starts getting the ball to his receivers more efficiently, Bush or any RB will be hard pressed to produce consistent #s from that position. Defenses are not going to respect the pass unless N.O. figures something out. Bush may get a TD every other week but his yards are going to be low. Not a good value for where he was drafted.

For what type of investment the Saints have made to him, Bush had better get 75% of the touches going forward. Time to justify to your draft spot Hollywood.
