I'd consider bumping Best to #1 or 2 (it's a 3 way tie) and I can't put Huggins in the top 10 just yet but he could be this year's Colston. I don't think Huggins is a rookie. Even if he was, I wouldn't pick him that high. He's worth about a late 2nd/early 3rd to me.

My list hasn't changed much over the past few months. I like what I've seen from CJ Spiller, but not enough to move him into my top 3. I would move Mike Williams up into the top 6-7 picks. I expect him to have a very good year. McCluster, Graham, and Hernandez would get modest bumps.

Hardesty and Tate are off my radar now. I never thought they were elite talents and their injuries have negated their best asset (short-term opportunity).
