I went with Romo, and they had pretty similar stats in my scoring format.

In one league, which doesn't do decimals, i.e. 1 pt for 25 passing and 0 for 24, and is only 4 points per passing TD, Romo had 14 and Garrard had 21. In another with decimal and 6 pt passing TDs, Romo had 19.1 and Garrard had 28.9. In both cases Garrard had about 50% more points which is pretty significant in my book.Now, Romo didn't suck out, but it wasn't a wash like the decision I had between Romo and Derek Anderson, who both finished with exactly 14 points.ETA: In TD only leagues, like BILLIEVE's, Garrard did pummel Romo this week.
