I don't always agree with Cris Carter (1 Viewer)

I agree with points 1 & 2

IMO #3 is wrong and the Dolphins are very over-rated. Check out the 6 week record of the 6 teams that they beat of the end of last season, it's horrible

#4 is correct, but the real question is for how long will TO make a difference?

Of course he'll stick up for Culpepper. The concern in Miami is him, not Brown.

There's a very good possibility that Brown ends up in the Top 3 RB's this year. Just look at that schedule. He got 20 points in Week 1 in far and away his toughest contest of the season.

Culpepper was floating balls, throwing off his back foot, way too much yesterday. His deep balls were abysmal. I think if Daunte stays underneath, the Dolphins can be very very good this year.

And then take a look at their next 6 opponents this year (Buffalo, Tennesse GB @ home; NE, NYJ Houston on the road)...they could be playing the 5 worst teams in football over the next 6 weeks. Argue SF (whom they don't play in that timeframe) if you wish, but that's beside the point.

I noticed this too and wondered what he was doing. He appeared to me to try and put the ball in places that others could get to it. Hence the two and should be three int.

I think he will be fine but he needs to stay short to intermediate range throws. The long throws he can make, but maybe not for a little while longer.

Over all I think he'll be fine as the year goes on. And no I don't have him on any of my teams.

On Carter's bias, the Florida/Viking connection between CC and CPepp

Reminds me of when Joe Theisman said about 7 years ago

"I predict Brian Mitchell of the Washington Redskins will win the NFL league MVP award for his returns"
