I'll say one thing...my IDP dynasty leagues have MUCH more trading than non IDP leagues. It's partly due to the fact that you can get close on a big trade, but can't ever even it in regular leagues, but in IDP leagues, you have all of those extra players and it makes it a lot easier to even out trades.
