SUPER deep IDPs for 2025-6 (1 Viewer)

I'm in a 32-team league w/ IDPs and wondering, since this place is awesome for "homer knowledge", if there are any IDPs that you would consider "super deep sleepers". Guys that you can find on the wire in the largest of leagues, probably 2nd/3rd stringers that have a chance at meaningful snaps and thus, some fantasy relevance.

Any thoughts?

Talkin' about guys like Jacoby Windmon, Lonnie Johnson, James Pierre, Cam Sample, etc.

Y'all are the best!

DeMarco Hellams
Chris Paul
Derrick Forrest
Cedric Gray
Chris Paul is a for sure. Only Speights/Reeder/Landman in front. Rams moved up 29 picks to get. Was highly regarded pre draft

Cedric Gray. It is battle here between 4 guys. I really like Janes Williams as my sleeper guy. But nothing wrong with Gray choice. I think Resse gets felt behind and Barton has problem staying healthy. And not sure Titans in playoff form. That gives young guys chances

Derrick Forrest. He has to beat out both Hamlin and Bishop. I think that is mountainous.

Demarco Hellas. Stick a fork in him. They have stud in Bates. Signed Fuller and drafted Watts and Bowman. No chance

Other names
Teddy Buchanon. I don’t think Ravens staff is enamoured with Simpson. Would not surprise me to see Teddy pass him for 2nd fiddle

Some of the rookie S. Winston, Sanker could surprise and get lead roles

Jacoby Windman. Just has to pass Rozeboom. Looked good at end of season.

Marist Liafua. Dallas with Overshown probanly missing quite a bit of the season could suprise. Wide open. Some might like James

Evan Williams. I had some moron tell me Bullard was guy there. Mike Clay has him #2 also. Wrong. This is the guy you want.

Jaylon Carlies. Defunct starter and know how EJ Speed a middling LB did. Olubi main competition.

Jeffrey Bassa. Kind of Pooh Paul like. Can he beat out Tranquil. Lots of talk about moving on from Bolton at one point also

Can you link to a FA list or anything so we can see if any names stick out?

Some guys I haven't really rostered because my leagues don't go that deep, but are intriguing:

Theo Jackson MIN S
Isaiah McGuire CLE DE
Cole Holcomb PIT LB
Dee Winters SFO LB
Any LB on the Rams roster has a shot at a 3-down role.

I'll just mention Nick Herbig - likely gone in your league.

I love this guy and wish he could get consistent snaps. Every game he has significant action he gets a sack or two. Just need Highsmith to move along

Dee Winters SFO LB
He has a clearer path to snap count than almost every LB that will go in rookie drafts. I have him in my leagues
I picked him up off waivers a month or so ago for this reason as well.
I picked him up last summer, threw him on taxi, because we knew Greenlaw was gone, SF can't afford two pricy LB.

Haven't been blown away with who they brought in, maybe a Luke Gifford takes the job? So I like his chances

Now that we're about halfway through the season, anyone have thoughts on some real deep sleepers? Like guys that you'd not only find in your typical 16-team IDP/dynasty but even those that might be worth something in giant, 32-team formats? Guys like: Preston Smith (increased snaps with Dorance Armstrong done), Neville Hewitt (always seems to latch on somewhere and gets 4-5 total tackles a game) and Arthur Maulet (with all the injuries to Lion CBs).

Homer advice appreciated!

Probably too late for them, but my sprinkles of Drake Thomas and Barrett Carter seem to be paying off.
Oh ya those guys are long gone. I'm in a 32-team "homer" league where each NFL franchise is it's own fantasy team so I'm starting guys like Preston Smith 'cuz Hasson Reddick is both on bye and has been hurt.

Free agent list contains names like Laquon Treadwell, Robbie Chosen and Shaq Griffin. Looking for the ULTIMATE deep sleeper lotto tickets!

Makes things both challenging/fun and frustrating!
