I just huffed paint (1 Viewer)

Well not really, and not intentionally.

I just spraypainted an oven hood in a relatively poorly ventilated kitchen with some black rustoleum. I only had a dust mask which offered absolutely no protection obviously, but I wasnt going to pick up a respirator for a quick spray and figured it was better than nothing.

After breathing the fumes for 2 minutes from a few feet away the skin on my face and arms was tingling. It was a lot of tingling and felt like I was injected with novacaine all over and it was just beginning to wear off.

I cant even imagine how messed up those huffers get. That is some seriously bad stuff .

It is still tingling a little nearly 20 minutes later. Will I be ok?

No I dont find it pleasant and I will not begin huffing paint.

I heard striking a match near the smell makes the smell go away, kind of like when someone farted/dumped and it smells real bad. Give that a shot, report back.

I want to start drawing again soon, but high quality stuff because I hate sketching.
