IDP Rookie Needs some Help (1 Viewer)

This is my first season as a FBG subscriber and I am in two leagues that start 4 IDP (any position). Scoring is pretty standard, 1pt/tackle, 0.5pt/assist, 3 for others (sack, INT, etc). My rosters are:

League 1: Tatupu, Ray Lewis, Farrior, D. Ryans, Mitchell, Crowell

League 2: Tatupu, A. Davis, Witherspoon, D. Ryans, Adrian Wilson

Hayes is available in both leagues. Mitchell is available in League 2. Ernie Simms in league 1. I feel pretty much overwhelmed as all these guys are touted. Who should I have on my rosters? Any ideas?
