I would say the roster looks pretty good overall. No real big stud guys at LB or DB but not any real weak links either.

Don't know your roster limits but given the relative number of players you have at LB and DB I'd say you need to add more DL. Carrying only 3 guys sets you up for problems in bye weeks or injury.

Looks like an excellent group.

To echo the comments above, I'd add depth at DL (move Andre Carter from LB to DE). I like to carry 5-6 DL in Zealots, even with your 3 studs, so I'd look to add 2 more DLs.
