Depends how desperate your opponent is for a RB and how deep he is at WR. If i had great depth at WR, i'd be willing to give up a tier 1 WR for him, provided i was seriously suffering at RB.

He should be worth at least a Donald Driver/Roy Williams -- maybe DJax. If the owner is desparate for RB help you could probably package Taylor with a lesser WR ala Muhammed for a top five like Holt/Steve Smith.
