Easy there big T. My grandma's fried chicken was legendary. As was my great-aunt's Italian food. Plenty of other ethnicities in Nebraska by the 50s. If you want to back it off a half a century then maybe we would have a conversation.Ask your grandmother. If it couldn't be found in Nebraska in 1950, it's not American. Is pizza "American" enough? If so you are Otis level wrong because pizza is pretty much the perfect food.
