If Harrison doesn't play who starts for Indy? (1 Viewer)

I'm assuming that Marvin Harrison will not be playing this weeked. If we go with that assumption the question is who takes his place?

A.Moorhead is banged up (back injury) + I believe that Thorpe is the other option.

Anyone know who is going to start this weekend Moorehead or Thorpe?

They both go a lot of looks last week from Manning.

I sure am getting tired of waiting on harrison . Now my trade deadline is over .And im stuck with the guy.

I would guess Thorpe (Polian seems unhappy with Moorehead, and with good reason). But, I expect 90% of the receptions this week to go to Wayne, Clark and Addai.

No doubt it will be someone Manning hasnt worked with long enough to throw any less than 6 INTs.

I don't know that Moorehead actually being on the field of not will affect his impact on the game. Colts can just put 10 guys out there.

One not here...if Thorpe does start, I would have to think there would be a revenge factor there, as KC cut him only one year after drafting him in the 4th round in 2005. Another brilliant move by Carl Peterson lol

My guess is Thorpe. Moorehead is banged up and has had hands of stone the last few weeks. Thorpe actually looked better than Moorehead and may be a decent play this week as I would expect all the attention to go to Clark and Wayne.

I agree with the Thorpe comments and want to add that he looked pretty sharp on kick returns as well. He definitely looks to have a sense of urgency about him. I assume he's on some sort of 1-yr deal, so this is his chance to try to cash in (ever so modestly) for 2008 - with or without the Colts.

I'm hoping, as I'm starting Patrick Surtain. the #2 target will be Clark

Just a quick FYI, on Sportscenter tonight Sal Palantonio (spelling?) claimed that Marvin Harrison is unlikely to play this week.

This is not official, I have no link and I doubt that this will shock or amaze anyone, but here it is regardless.

It was the only move, but hardly brilliant.Crap couldn't learn a playbook (not to mention it's a playbook that probably covers all of three pages) and he couldn't catch. But he could run fast!
