Yeah, generally, I think the best choices would be third/fourth tier RBs with some questions but lots of potential: Wells, Charles, Greene, Bush, Foster, etc.
Same kind of thing with guys who are projected as WR3s but could catapult higher: Wallace, Hester/Knox, Mike Williams, maybe one of the Oakland WRs...
Also: Welker.
Picking established high end QBs for this is mostly just checking to see if they get injured. Brees or Rodgers seems like a waste to me.
