Starks has been owned in all my leagues since the rookie draft other than one league with VERY short rosters.

I just don't see him having a impact quickly enough to waste a valuable spot on him there.

I think that is the scenario for this guy:

If the benches are long enough to viably hold an unproductive player, then he is already owned.

If the benches are not, you can not afford to waste a roster spot on him, at least until he shows SOMETHING.

I would love to have a side bet with 'Nation on whether or not Starks gets 30 carries in the next 7 games. I'll take the under. Paypal preferred. I had this guy on my roster in 4 of my leagues and have subsequently dropped him in all that were re-draft. I admit he has potential value in the years to come, but barring injury has little to no value this season. And when Corey O said that Jackson and Kuhn have not been getting it done, that may have been the case earlier in the year, but Jackson has been quite productive in the past 4-5 weeks.

That's brilliant you held him on 4 teams while he was on the PUP then susequently drop him when he is added to the team roster with RB depth of BJ, Kuhn and Nance.
