This article says two things to me.

Boldin may be seriously undervalued. He is the only guy with any sort of experience. We all know how rarely rookie WRs have a major impact in a team's passing game. I don't think you can just take Mason's production from last year and give it to whichever rookie you prefer. I think some of Mason's targets have to go to Boldin. With a year under his belt, he should be even more comfortable in the Ravens offense and I would not be surprised to see him add 20 more receptions to the 64 he had last year.

Flacco may be overvalued as a low end #1/high end #2. This is a team that was average in both points and passing yards last year. The Ravens lost five of their top seven receiving options from last year. Dickson has potential, as do the rookies, but no one outside of Rice and Boldin can be considered a proven NFL talent. I expect some severe growing pains for the Ravens offense while the #2/3/4 WR positions are sorted out. 12 receptions in the NFL last season from the receiving corps when you exclude Boldin; that's awfully green.
