Cops don't do well in general population as a rule. Of course I am sure the facility would have some bearing on that. If he goes to some minimum security place with mostly repeat misdemeanor types and such then he's probably going to be fine. But go to real state prison with the other rapists? Than maybe not so much.

And it's a cop. I don't understand why juries and particularly Grand Juries are so hesitant to punish these guys most of the time.
