DISCLAIMER: One thing this thread isn't or should be, is a WDIS thread. This isn't supposed to be a call for help. This is supposed to be a thread for people to post the tough lineup decisions they've ALREADY MADE or are expecting to make. Joe has already gone on record to say this thread has value but will be on a short leash if a bunch of us turn this into WDIS questions. Please post your calls, not your questions.

Greg Jennings over Antonio Bryant - A receiving corps that I thought was stellar at the beginning of the season has been thoroughly underwhelming thus far. Fitzgerald, Chambers, Bryant, Branch and Jennings. This week, I'm likely to bench Bryant in favor of Jennings. Somehow Jennings has to get into my lineup and the tempting one to sit is Chambers in New England. But it would seem that Bryant's downside is a bit steeper than Chambers' so I'll roll the dice on sitting Bryant knowing full well he could go off on my bench at home against Oakland. I'm searching for the right starting combination, and it's frustrating me that I haven't found it yet and that none of these guys are making it easy for me.

Rex Grossman over Chad Pennington - Not brain surgery here.

New Orleans Saints over Miami Dolphins - Bengals are on bye, and I didn't love the Miami in New England matchup, so I picked up the Saints shortly after Simms' ruptured his spleen in anticipation of using them at home against the rook Gradkowski. Maybe Gradkowski proves to be ok, but I doubt he puts up monster yardage against an improved Saints D in his first career start on the road.

Greg Lewis over nobody - Matt Jones, Deion Branch, Darrell Jackson, Chris Henry, heck if it wasn't for Steve Smith's return I'd pretty much be ready to forfeit my entire season in this league (sarcasm alert!). Seriously though, my luck with WRs this year is absolutely atrocious. I really shouldn't admit this, but I drafted Jennings in this league too, and subsequently dropped him after week 1 in favor of Chris Henry. This is my 20th season playing fantasy football and this ranks right up there among my worst fantasy brainfarts. Thankfully I kept Jennings in my other league. But man, could I have ever used Jennings this week with my injuries and bye week problems.

So what are you stewing over this week?

Mark Clayton over Eddie Kennsion as my third WR in a WCOFF league. I went with Clayton last week and regretted it but when I can't make up my mind I usually go with the guy who plays on MNF.

greg jennings over joey galloway

greg jennings over troy williamson

terry glenn over plaxico

laurence maroney over reggie bush

frank gore over reggie bush

Im starting Bryant over Jennings  Only because I have Driver too, dont want all my eggs in GB.. feedback?

Kennison (@AZ) over Bennett (@INDY)

And

Leinert (v. KC) over Losman (@ da Bears)

(bye week replacement QB for Vick) :scared:

As of now, for my flex, Plaxico over Ronnie Brown. (and Gore/Foster over Brown).

I cant keep starting Brown until the Fins or hes shows me something

Tatum Bell over EdgeFred Taylor over R. BushI'll regret it in the morning.
Risky. Bell vs. the Ravens D over Edge against the KC run defense. Taylor vs. Wash. Run defense over Bush and the TB defense that will likely be on the field a lot given the first start of Gradkowski.I think you might reconsider. Or, if it works, you're a genius.

Leftwich over Brady (went against the grain and did this last week, thankfully) and over Vick in another league. I drafted Leftwich for his FF playoff schedule, but he's gunslinging this year, so why not play him? NYJ should be a high scoring affair, so I want his points in my line-up this week.

Reggie Williams over Berrian and Muhammed in one league. Again, I like the over on the NYJ/Jac game so I'm going with it here. I'm very tempted to put in Muh or Berrian over Fitz, but I just can't do that yet (if playing Fitz continues to cost me major points, then I'll do the change soon though)

In another league, Bryant over Driver for sure, and possible Muhammed over Coles. (watching the practice reports closely though). Bufallo has done well against the pass and their secondary is tough. The Raiders D is better then most give them credit for, however Washington is out for Sunday's game, thinning out their d backfiled, especially in nickel and dime packages.

Maroney and Deuce over T. Bell.

Foster over Deuce in another league.

K Jones over McGahee

Chambers over Muhammad. My opponent is playing Culpepper so that is what the determining factor was. Last thing I want to see is Culpepper finally break out (or pick up a ton of garbage points) and have a huge game by throwing to Chambers and not have Chambers in my lineup when that happens.

Braylon Edwards over Derrick Mason and Eddie Kennison

Deshaun Foster over Willis McGahee

I'm sure I'll be kicking myself Monday.

12 team, no ppr, 6pts all TDs, 2RB, 3WR:

Starting ---> John Kitna

Sitting ---> Jake Plummer

Starting ---> Tatum Bell and DeShaun Foster

Sitting ---> Lamont Jordan and Thomas Jones

Starting ---> Mike Furrey and Travis Taylor

Sitting ---> Rod Smith and Jerricho Cotchery

I know I'll be flip-flopping in my mind about these all week.

Alexander is out with bye/injury, so I'm left with either Mike Robinson or Maurice Jones-Drew to slot into my line-up with Edge. The early decision was to go with Robinson. I'm likely sticking with that choice because I like his match-up and the chances he could get around the goal line. My other choice, but I have not really considered him, is Leon Washington.

So it's Robinson over Jones-Drew.

PPR

WR

Start: Williamson (vs. DET) and Bruce (@GB)

Bench: Bryant, Cotchery, Evans, R.Williams

QB

Start: Rivers (vs. PIT)

Bench: Roethlisberger (@SD)

Joe T: You can't go with Wilford over Steve Smith, man! Cleveland's two starting corners may be out. Even if Bodden plays, he'll be slowed by the ankle. I see 120 and 2TDs coming for Smith, and I'm a Brownie homer... EDIT: Saw Marion Barber III over LJ and didn't get the sarcasm. My bad! :bag:

As for me, I'm thinking about benching Boldin for Greg Jennings.

Ha - no joke. Those are my only solid RBs (traded Gore). The only real guy I'm missing out on bye is Darrell Jackson. I still have Holt in the lineup, but I agree that this is gonna be a piece-meal WR#2 & WR#3 week if there ever was one.At least my RBs & WR1 have great matchups!

Chiefs vs Zona instead of Ravens vs Denver

Eric Johnson vs Oakland instead of Heap vs Denver

Hero or a Zero with these calls.
