I'm starting _______ over _______ in week 5. (1 Viewer)

Pretty sure I'm going with Caddy over Willie Parker and Domonick Rhodes (S. Jax is my clear #1). I just feel like TB is going to have to run the ball and he is the safest play even with the OL issues. I think that game against Atl was a fluke and NO run D is not that good. Plus if I don't play him this week I might as well not have him on my roster.

Other close calls Brunell over Grossman (Hasselbeck on bye) and Jacksonville over Denver. Here's hoping last week showed how good the Was O was and not how bad the Jax D was.

I'm starting Reggie Brown over Randy Moss. AFAIK Stallworth is out, and the guy has put up decent numbers every week even when Stallworth's been in there. Watching Moss play, he just doesn't care...he was dropping stuff he usually doesn't, short-arming balls, etc.

However, this may be a moot point, as if Driver ends up missing the game I'll have to put Moss back in anyway.

Byron Leftwich (vs. Jets) over Jon Kitna (@ MIN)

LaMont Jordan and Laurance Maroney over Fred Taylor and Jamal Lewis

Question: Has Maroney reached "must-start" status? Everyone seems to like Fred Taylor's march-up vs. Jets, but I'm not going to get burned by NOT starting Maroney. His upside is 120 2TD; Fred Taylor's is 100 1TD.

Brees over Alex Smith

Jason Hanson over Akers (I'm so sick of Akers' extra points)

Yeah, I have a kicker problem. Whaddya gonna do about it?

Delhomme over Grossman
I had this dilemma as well, and all week have had Grossman lined up to start (go the hot hand) with BUF & CLE having almost identical stats against the pass. However, with the injuries to the CLE secondary, plus SS not on the CAR injury report, have now given the nod to Jake.

We start 3WRs.I have Colston and J.Walker starting but I'm stewing over Hines or K.Johnson.I've been going back and forth all week.

starting Damon Huard over Kitna

starting Maroney over Chester Taylor

in another league:

starting Chambers, Roy Williams, and Antonio Bryant over Randy Moss and Driver

starting Alex Smith vs. Raiders over Kitna and Huard

Greg Jennings over Hines Ward - Hines is a bench until Pitt and Big Ben prove they have their passing game in order

Maroney over Chester Taylor - Chester is on the bench till he proves he can score a TD once and awhile.

Addai over Fast Willie - Bad matchup vs San Diego D while Addai plays my Titans who are TERRIBLE against the run...and pass...and about anything else you can think of!!

Maroney has reached must start for me in the flex2 position. I will start him over Reg. Brown and Duece every week until his play dictates otherwise. Last week I had Frye pencilled in then switched at the last minute to Favre. Needless to say I lost by 2 points because of favre's dismal performance. With Frye in there I would've won comfortably. So this week I am sticking to m guns and starting Frye over Favre.

Main league:

Tom Jones AND Fred Taylor over Cadillac

Furrey over Trav Taylor (ya not that significant, CJ is on a bye)

Other league:

Foster over FWP

I'm starting Bulger over Donovan  Bulger vs GB defense > McNabb vs Dallas defense
This didn't work out as well as I expected.I still won my game, but I guess I underestimated or did not understand the supreme greatness of McNabb. He good. Verrrrrrry good.
