I'm looking into my crystal ball, and I see this year's Heisman Trophy winner, Baker Mayfield, going first in the NFL draft to the Browns.  But what if last year's Heisman Trophy winner, Lamar Jackson, went 2nd to the Giants?  I guess the question is: Has there ever been a time two consecutive Heisman winners went 1-2 in the draft?  And, if so, when did it happen?
