Just saw a blurb that bush's shoulder might be injured from The Chicago Tribune. Anyone else have or seen any credible information out there? Would like to find out since this is a Monday night game.

probably wont know more until after tomorrow's practice. I would assume its not that bad since they have not signed another rb. All they have is bell behind him...if they do sign another back today or tomorrow, I believe you have your answer. bell could be huge for Mondays game if bush cannot play...

Didn't they work out and offer a contract to Ryan Grant through?

They did work Grant out, not sure if they offered him a contract. They also have Armando Allen (I think that's his name), but he hasn't been that impressive, from what I've seen/read.

Free agents RB Ryan Grant and Jacob Hester are working out for the Bears Tuesday.(yesterday)

don't they have some armando allen dude?

I wrote in another thread that he obviously was hurt last game. He had only 4 carries for 6 yards in the 2nd half and only one carry in the 4th quarter and that was despite the fact the game remained close until late. The Bears are not forthcoming at all about their injuries so it is hard to gauge how bad it is. Btw, I fully expect Forte to sit out through the Bye as well.

According to the Chicago Tribune, "word is" Michael Bush has a shoulder injury.

Bush was sidelined for a majority of the fourth quarter in Sunday's win. He refused comment on the Tribune's report, which is often tantamount to an admission of injury. Playing in the Monday night game, the Bears don't return to practice until Thursday. Consider Bush questionable for the time being. If neither Bush nor Matt Forte (ankle) can go against the Cowboys, it would mean a huge workload for Kahlil Bell on Monday Night Football.

Bell was fairly productive the last three games of the season last year when Forte went down, so he is definitely worth getting.

Matt Forte (ankle) resumed practicing Wednesday, and "thinks he can play Monday."

Excellent news, but coach Lovie Smith cautioned Forte "still has a long way to go." It's doubtful Forte suits up against the Cowboys, but we'll know more by the time Chicago releases its injury report on Saturday. Michael Bush (shoulder) also practiced Wednesday, and appears to be fine after missing most of the fourth quarter in last week's win.
