Anyone have a recommendation for an Internet Booster? My internet is constantly going in/out in some parts of my condo. Will this address some of that?

Is your internet going in and out or is your wifi going in and out?

If it's the internet, a booster won't do anything for you as the problem is likely at your router or further out.

If your wifi is going in and out you can usually solve that with a wifi extender.

You can add on rooms/floors as you go. I'm too hammered to get to into it but this is what I use.

I upgraded my internet with Cox to their Gigablast service and am renting their modem/router for $11 a month. Supposed to be up to 1Gbps. Am getting around 330-400 Mbps on my phone via WiFi. I suppose I should buy my own setup but don't want to shell out the $ right now.

The internet connection stays on, but the signal, at times, goes back and forth between strong and weaker. The weaker signal sometimes causes my VPN to temporarily disconnect and then re-connect, etc. Loading a page like this may be slow, etc.

I do use a router and you're right in that in works fine when I'm closer to it, but it's concerning that my condo isn't really that big so it shouldn't be weaker in the kitchen - the only separator is really the walls, the distance isn't great.

Ok from you description, it does sound like you have a wifi issue.

A Wifi extender simply boosts your wifi signal strength, allowing a stronger signal in more locations in your residence.  They are pretty cheap.  I can't recommend one as I don't use any but you should just search on Amazon and take a look at the ratings and comments.
