I have given up on Best. The writing is on the wall at least for this year.

Smith gets to start week 1 & 2 and will cost you a 7th rounder.

Leshore's ADP is the 10th.

Would you consider this strategy to lock-up the Lions running game?

I don't think it's a bad strategy. Does carry some additional risk than a standard handcuff on the off chance Best does somehow turn up healthy one day.

Honestly, I'd take Smith and hope he holds up. The other two are a waist of roster space imho. If Smith is doing well, I could easily see them just using others as COP.
