Actually, Aceshowbiz says from this link, the quote is "There's one shot that's me and the shot of her diving into the water is a body double, because I didn't wanna go in the water - it was really, really cold."

The scene that everyone sees in the previews of her stripping down and then glancing back is Natlalie herself. When she jumps into the water, it is the body double.
