BABIP of .217 and 79% strand rate aren't going to stay there. But his BB rate has improved a lot over the past two years which makes him a much better fantasy option than when he was walking 4.5 per nine.

He's made a conscious effort to pitch to contact in some scenarios which has led to almost 2.5 fewer pitches per inning. May not lead league in K/9 anymore but will pitch a career high IP and walk fewer batters.

He is definitely a legit AL starting pitcher
Beyond that depends on what your expectations are - I agree some ratios will go up but he can strike out a lot of guys and should have decent support
