I believe he is elite and will be a 2nd rounder for sure in 2009. In 2008, I have him after Edwards types and before Colston/Housh types...am I nuts? Where will you draft him?
I definitely consider him elite and think that this season he warrants a 3rd round pick, even with the suspension. That people are (or were) getting him in the 5th and 6th round suggests that he is undervalued and/or people are making the suspension a bigger deal than it is.
I think he will considered by many a top 5ish dynasty option at seasons end and should be a sure-fire late second or early third rounder next season. Very few WR's are set up for the long term as well as he is. He should be fantasy gold for many, many years to come.
I think he will go in the bottom of the second or early third now. He is a flat out beast, and may be one of the "next generation" of top 5 wrs. It is hard to take him in the second b/c of the suspension, but if you have a top 4 pick you can gamble taking him in the second and follow up with another WR or RB in the third without uring your team too much in week1
Maybe next year, but why burn a 2nd when you can get him in the 3rd (now w/ the 1 game off only). I wouldn't take him before Colston.Doubtful also over TJ this season.I got Marshall in the 4th round to go w/ Braylon & Calvin - in a 14 team leauge (last weekend)And do agree he's going to out perform that ADP - and has probably moved into 3rd round range w/ the reduced suspension.
Colston has injury concerns every year and Housh really faded the last half of last yr when C Henry was playing. I like Marshall right with Edwards and CJ.
As far as Marshall is concerned I am seriously considering making him my WR1 and going QB/RB/RB/WR with my first 4 picks. I feel very strongly about his chances to be top 5 this season. At the very least he is hugely undervalued in the 4th-5th round range.

I definitely havent seen him, even before his reduced suspension, drop past the 4th. And the only times he went in the 4th, it was typically early and it was a 10 team draft.Im not sure the suspension really moves him up in ADP all that much. It seems to me both him and Steve Smith have been drafted like they arent even going to miss games, so I cant imagine seeing Marshall move up past the late 3rd this year in most drafts (league size of 12, meaning around pick 32-36)
