Is Charlie Frye a Top 5 Fantasy QB? (1 Viewer)

Charlie Frye has similar pros and cons to John Elway.
Both QBs were at their absolute best when the play broke down. They could scramble and elude the rush, then stop, collect themselves, and hit the open man for a big play. Both also had the legs to just run for the first if needed.
Both QBs actually seemed at their worst when they had lots of time to throw. I've seen both make more dumb passes when the protection was there and they got to sit in the pocket. Its like both guys expect too much of themselves.
Elway had a rocket arm of course. Frye has been criticised for a weak arm but he's he worked to improve that and has let some bombs go this season.
