I have renteria at short but he is eligible for 3b too. I lose roberts' steals but freddy had a great season....is this a good upgrade for me or will roberts be more valuable because of his steals and the power he can have at times?

Terrible deal for you. Roberts is better in every single category and is an absolute stud for steals. Freddy does not have much power so you're not even gaining there.

Roberts > Sanchez.

Sanchez is a one category performer. No power, no speed, no runs scored b/c of the team he's on. Roberts will give you a decent average and at least some speed.
