I have not seen any Mia games, and Smith was a pre-season honey.... I have him in a couple of leagues and just wondering if hes the starter.

Yep. Smith is the right cornerback, Davis is the left cornerback and Nathan Jones plays the slot. Looks like Wilson and Bell are back as the starting safeties.
