And I moved here from Dallas. If you don't understand that Texas and Oklahoma are two sides of the same coin, I fear for your ability to feed yourself.

I've lived 34 of my 55 years in Texas and was born and raised there. I've visited all 50 states. Texas is one of the worst, at least to me. I base my decision on weather, landscape, and politics, which are all subjective, of course. I also really dislike the state pride thing, which seems to be stronger there than any other state.

this is true but the cost of living has dramatically increased in certain areas. You're lucky to get a nice 1 bedroom 800 sq ft. apt in Upper Kirby under $2,000.
