I am personally not in any legal trouble as of yet. I am curious though what would happen if I am a driver of a car and one of my passengers is carrying a concealed weapon without a permit? I have drove these kids a few times they are friends of mine, but sketches me out a lot and honestly told him he had to walk today as I was already pulled over today for a tail light out. I was luckily let off with no ticket because I respect officers and never give them a hard time but I honestly can't find it anywhere on the internet. It just says the person carrying an illegal gun faces time but never can I find something about the driver not knowing. And seriously i never know because sometimes he has it and sometimes he doesn't. Today he did, and he had to walk his .. 6 miles home.
