I am in need of help at TE and I was thinking of picking him up. I figure I can wait a week or two until he is fully healthy if need, but I am wondering if its even worth it. Part of my dilema is that there are no TE's available with any upside and the people who have two solid TE's wont make trades. Is he worth the pick up?

Yes. At the very least I expect him to get a good number of redzone targets. He wowed everyone in camp with his hands and body control. Also, with Greg Jones(starting FB) out and Wimbush(back up FB) banged up, he could see some H-back type action.

He's listed as questionable but has been practicing. There's really no way to know until it happens. Coach's just aren't very nice about telling us in advance.

Any thoughts on his longer term prospects? Clearly they liked him enough to grab him in the 1st round, and he's got good size. But they also have two big, highly drafted WRs in Jones and Williams, along with Wilford.
