New England is 5-3 and only one game up in the division. OK, you say, they will pull away from Miami and will be further ahead by then? As it stands right now, conference-wise, they are tied with or behind 5 teams. There's a pretty good chance they will still be in a fight for a home field playoff game by then.
Add in the fact that Week 16 is NOT the last week of the regular season and they still have to host Miami the following week, I doubt you'll see anything less than a full game from Brady... unless he sits out the last few series of the game after helping them to a 48-3 lead... in which case he'd already have plenty of fantasy points!
