Durant looks to be the guy to own, but what kind of value do Smith or Ingram have. Do you se either of these 2 being significant contributors fantasy wise?

Smith has never had startable value in an every-down OLB role in most setups. That's not likely to change this season. Ingram is a base defensive SLB only and has no value except in the very deepest of leagues.
