Safety Gerald Sensabaugh of the Jacksonville Jaguars spent part of Monday morning in jail in his hometown on misdemeanor charges.

Police in Kingsport, Tenn., said Sensabaugh made his $750 bail on misdemeanor charges of speeding and carrying arms about two hours after his arrest around midnight.

Unfortunately for all parties, it is normal. I agree that most carry one for security and while this arrest isn't a big deal by most (pathetic) modern standards, it leaves the door open for more trouble such as engaging someone and possibly hurting/killing someone.
