If that's the case, Detroit might be better off keeping the picks, drafting four BPAs in the fifth and seeing which guys impress the coaches in camp.

Hall wasn't well liked by the coaching staff. Think he was outed as one of the complainers who filed a "this mini-camp is too tough" grievance last pre-season.

i think there was a falling out he was a good locker room guy initially but something happenedthere was the whole thing about marinelli putting them into pads too early and hall and marcus bell took it to the players union. probably some more stuff happened that we will never know about.edit: youd think i could type this up faster seeing as how i leave a little grammar out here and there

He's the only reasonably priced (term used verrrry loosely) 4-3 end available as the Lions have little chance at a Patrick Kerney.

Considering the available DE's in the league, Hall is EXACTLY what the Rams need: A veteran two-way DE with good size and bulk while Adeyanju develops. Solid, low-cost move.
