Feely is a FA and top 5 PK in my league, and looks to have a favorable schedule for the playoffs. I've got a PK who is 12th overall. NY homers....what's the deal with Feely/Nugent?

Will Nugent take over PK duties if/when the hammy is better or will Feely keep the job?

I read somewhere (can't remember where), that when Nugent is healthy, he will be the starting kicker.

Be certain to have a good backup for the playoffs. If you are only required to carry one kicker, you'd be best served to dump any and all NY PKs (Carney/Tynes/Feeley/Nugent) before the playoffs.
