Jets vs Bills - Week 1 (1 Viewer)

Cody Ford at RG. Being reported he practiced there almost exclusively in training camp. Good decision by Buffalo.

Bills also started in a 4 WR set. Love it!

 
Bills went to FIVE wide on 2nd down and opened up the game with 3 straight pass completions. This is not the same offense of previous years I don’t think...

Guessing just outplayed him. Since reporters weren’t allowing reporting any of the stuff about which guy was playing as 1st team, 2nd team, position, etc, we’re finding a lot out right now. Think they wanted an upgrade there so hopefully they got it.

 
Dumb turnover.  Just go down.

Edit: NM.  I thought Allen was trying to reach ahead for extra yardage -- that was just a good play by the defender.

They using Singletary in five wide? Saw a lot of jerseys and was told "Go Bills" twice at the Henrietta Costco this morning.

 
The Jets are kind of a wreck on defense with trading Adams and Mosley opting out, but this Buffalo offense looks GOOOOOOD.

 
My goodness the Jets offense is awful. Guys not catching balls they probably should and Darnold not really being all that accurate.

 
exactly what i expected of the jets.  being outcoached weekly, terrible front 7, virtually no offensive weapons.  5-11 will be a struggle.

 
My goodness. I don’t know if the Bills are legit good, the Jets legit trash, or a combo of the two, but this has been a fun first quarter start to the season as a Bills fan.

bills are goodish, but the jets are terrible.  they have 20 million in LBs not playing, mosley and williamson.  zero pass rushers, like no one.  no playmakers on offense to be scared of.  entire new starting 5 OL.  oh, adam gase.

 
Great play to Brown. 

seems like they’ve adapted the offense to Allen’s strengths.  I haven’t seen his accuracy tested yet - I’m wondering if that’s by design. 

 
i saw quinnen williams i think!  typical jet draft pick.  no impact at a rotational position spot.  waste of a 3.  if leveon bell gets the ball 50 times he might get 75 yards.

I'm about 95% sure Allen changed the play at the line for that TD.  He shifted protection but then changed the play.  That's showing maturity.

 
That was a terrible decision and pass by Darnold, especially with Milano being the LB in coverage. Darnold almost certainly could have run for the first, even with his cement block feet.

Agree, but mutually exclusive points. I’d like to see how his deep ball looks. I’m sure Diggs owners would as well. i have no shares of anything but Singletary, so this is purely a “football observation” kinda thing. His accuracy was a theme of the offseason. I’m sure we’ll see at some point.  He is definitely playing a hell of a game. I wanted him this year, but missed him by a couple picks. 

 
Also, let’s go back a few plays. How do you get called for a delay of game after a kickoff with no fans even in the stands!?
