Here's what you do.  Buy a couple handwarmers from Home Depot or some place like that.  Get a plastic pill bottle and get someone to give you a clean sample, as close to the test as possible.  

Wrap a couple handwarmers around it and keep it nestled right between your thigh and nether region.  You should have at least 2.5-3 hours of warm, clean sample to get you through.

And the test will come back as a Negative Dilute, which means the sample was too diluted to test. 

I am responsible for over 2500+ new hires every year and am often faced with these results.  In the event of a retest, we offer the new hire the opportunity to retest with hair sample. 

Maybe shouldn't have turned down that 3rd interview so quickly if this was a concern. 

 
 Don't try to subvert the test. You will get yourself into more trouble - hair sample. After 18 days you probably have to take your chances you will be OK.

As you can see there is a faint red mark on the test line which according to the instructions any intensity of the line can be considered a pass. Should I worry about the lab test on Friday? To be safe does anyone have any advice for passing?

I can dilute my wee wee the day of the test and take a heavy dose of organic liquid vitamins before going to add the color back to my urine. I didn't dilute myself for the home test. Will this be enough or should I go to a supplement store for an herbal flush? Which brands are reliable?

Before several people bring it up.....no I am not going to continue smoking while working as a CDL driver. I am not the idiot many think I am. If I can get past this screen I'll continue on the straight and narrow.

So just by chance you don't get this job, you will always be at least a couple weeks away from getting another job.

 
depends on your body fat. thc will store itself in there. drinking water to flush wont do anything. THey test for more than just THC , example creatine. Diluting your urine will rid you of these pieces that need to be in place to make the test valid.

There are a few options

Sweat it out (not guaranteed) Wear a trashbag and go jogging in 150 degree weather

Pigout. If the THC is stored in fatty tissues, overeat fatty items (mcdonalds) this will lower the traces and try to mask the THC in the urine.

Use a wizinator - fake penis fake urine

Substitute (best option) find a friend who you can borrow their clean pee. I believe you need 3 or 5 ounces. Goto the target travel section and find a small bottle of shampoo or soap (its either 3 oz or 5oz). It will need to be body temperature so bust out some tighty whities and prepare to hide this bottle in your taint until you take the urine test. While in the bathroom taking the test multitask and pee in the toilet / stop the pee mid stream (they usually require midstream urine) pour your 3oz sample into the provided container/ complete your piss. Walk out like a ####### champ

Guys, stop overthinking it. If he just drinks his urine for the next 2 days, he'll pass his test with no suspicion of tampering.

I don't take any workout supplements like creative. All I take is a magnesium supplement, organic complete liquid vitamins and iodine with kelp.

pretty sure your body produces creatine in small amounts. drinking too much water to dilute your sample will erase traces of that . They look for that type of stuff to make sure you are giving Urine as your sample and not just water

I always normally drink tons of water and pee a lot. It's a DOT screen and a lot of companies will let you do a retest if it's diluted too much. Follicle tests are very rare in the industry except maybe for hazmat. I have the vitamins to add color back.

Because I have a certain amount of money to work with to be sure I can at least make my rent next month. They want me to start this job by Monday so I have to make the investment.

I have $1000 worth of instruments up for sale on CL. Haven't had any takers yet but if worse comes to worse I can bring them to a music store and recoup the cost of the drug test plus some.

I tried to mention this to him earlier in the thread, but he ignored it. Drinking lots of water, herbal flushes, high vitamin content in the urine are all red flags to the Lab Techs. They see these spikes in the sample and can change the analysis the machine does to ignore the excess water,etc. Most Labs buy these herbal flushes, etc. and test them to determine the contents and then they know what to look for in samples.

Trying any of these cheats just signals to the Lab Tech that you are trying to hide something. 

If you truly haven't smoked in 15 days, your best bet is to submit a true sample and take your chances.

I've also consulted with some CDL drivers I know. Many truckers get away with diluting and taking B vitamins. Worst case scenario it comes up diluted and the company will either still hire you, because it's not a negative, or can ask you to pee again which gives you a few more days of detoxing.

very few transport companies, with the rare exception of a few of the largest carriers, will pay for a follicle test. Often they are only concerned with a confirmed positive or negative for insurance purposes.

Just arrived at the lab and the techs assured me the instant 5 panel is just as accurate as any standard pre-employment or DOT screen.

Hopefully soon we can all rest easy and I can start working as a driver with much less time to post than I did sitting in an office with no supervision.

Things may have changed, but my family member told me that truck drivers can be subject to random tests. 

The driver gets a call or text advising them they have to submit a sample ASAP and they have to go to the closest collection site and provide one. 

The drivers might be playing roulette by diluting or going the vitamin route.

As I said earlier.....I will not be smoking while working as a CDL driver. I am just trying to get past the pre-employment. I am not concerned about ransoms at work.

Dont forget I was in staffing I had to randomly check my drivers as well.

Both. With diverse skill set I can be an asset in many areas for the employer. I told her I'm not spoiled like a lot of other commercial drivers. I'll do whatever she needs whether it's dispatching, office work, running out a straight truck load or hopping on a forklift and loading up a truck. I told her I'll even clean the toilets if she asked.

36k to start. 39k after 90 days. Running a few loads a week will add another $300-$500 on top of my salary a week. Bonus incentives for good attendance ,safety and performance record with advancement opportunities after a couple of years with the company. All in all I should be making considerably more than my previous salary which was under market rates.

They deliver American manufactured auto parts.

In a couple years when cars/trucks all have auto pilot you will be able to draw your comics while you are working. Win/win.

It's going to be considerably more than a couple of years before the technology and cost allows most company's to switch to an autonomous fleet. Even then people will still be needed to coordinate shipments that have to be loaded and unloaded by people. I imagine dispatchers won't be phased out but just have their duties change.

Edit- read this wrong originally. Yes I'm sure there will still be a need to have someone on the truck during trips to take over in case the autopilot craps out as well as coordinate the loading.

Maybe you haven't thought this all out. Well you said if you get the job you are going to get clean and not smoke. If you don't get the job and keep smoking you will have to wait "at least" a couple weeks before taking any future job drug test.
