Impact: Horn is an above average fantasy start against struggling Ronde Barber and the Bucs. He's expected to play but make sure he works on Friday.

His matchup is average against Ronde Barber and the Bucs. Bush is a fine RB2 start in PPR leagues, especially with Simeon Rice and Ellis Wyms uncertain to play.
