Haven't seen much/heard much about him regarding his outlook- all of the discussion seems to be about the #2 battle between White and Jenkins.......... need to know if I should dump him for the prospect of James Jones.

I would keep Horn over James Jones for now. See how he plays in the home opener before dumping him.
