anyone see this? cant really see hass not targeting him much, but very little production in wk1.

 
Yep, the line should be much more stable in a few weeks. They just lost Unger for the season, so there will be some shuffling on the right side as well as the left side. They have Chester Pitts and Stacy Andrews waiting in the wings, and both of them should see playing time soon, Andrews possibly as soon as this weekend (at RG). Once Okung comes back, they will be able to open up the TEs a bit more.

He is a wait and see player right now, but he could be good down the stretch.

:thumbup: As a fellow Seattle local, I agree here. Most fans watching the Hawks play every Sunday think that it's plain as day that this guy could be a solid receiving TE if giving the chance. However, given that Hasselbeck was often running backwards as soon as the ball was snapped due to the porous O-Line, he hasn't had the chance to prove it. There were plenty of times that Carlson was WIDE open last year, but the QB was so rushed that he never had a chance to see him.
