I'm in 3rd place in my league and someone has actually offered me Dave Roberts for Broxton. At first, I thought, man I need another hitter with SBs, but Roberts? I have Broxton cheap and for a couple more years. Is he worth keeping for next year, or do I need a few stats that Roberts might give me?

Rotisserie: I am 2nd to last in BA. middle of the road in HR and RBI and SB. Runs do not count. I'm thinking Roberts can possibly get me up a few spots in the SB category, but won't help much on anything else. Broxton is just someone that will keep my ERA down and is a possible future closer for me? But is he?

DO NOT TRADE BROXTON in a keeper league. Saito is an aging closer - Japanese pitchers age quicky. Broxton is a stud and is the future closer at some point next season.

This is what I was thinking. And I'm sure this is what the other guy was thinking with his trade offer. At first, I was like SWEET. But now, I've soured. Anyone disagree with us?
