Jonathan Stewart - RB, CAR - OUT (1 Viewer)

Stewart not expected to change plans

News: CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora reported on Fantasy Football Today Sunday that the Panthers do not expect running back Jonathan Stewart to pay a big role in Week 16 against the Raiders, even if he is able to play through a high ankle sprain. La Canfora said the Panthers are still expected to ride DeAngelo Williams in the game, and won’t change their game plan if Stewart is able to play.

Analysis: This is great news for Williams’ owners, and it does not really change the calculus for Stewart, who enters the game as questionable after missing the previous three games due to the injury. Even if Stewart is able to play through this injury, it does not appear as if he will be worth getting into your Fantasy lineups for Week 16.
